Maybe you used to create and somewhere along the way you stopped. Maybe life got full and you got lost in it. Maybe you have always wanted to make art but never felt like you were allowed to or like you needed to be an artist first. You don't.
This is a space for the woman who needs an outlet. Who wants to heal without having to say a word. Who wants to reconnect with herself on a deeper level and maybe even heal a part of herself she forgot was still there.
No experience needed. No pressure or perfection. Just you and whatever needs to come through.
What you will find here is an experience that lets you be free to create, feel, and explore yourself in a way that is both healing and genuinely fun. And in the process you might just remember who you are.
The Creative Reset
The Creative Reset is a monthly themed creative healing experience for women in downtown Phoenix.
Every month centers around a single healing theme like Reconnect or Release. Each theme is explored through four different creative experiences offered throughout the month, each using different materials, prompts and techniques.
You might work with watercolor and ink, collage and mixed media, or sometimes clay. Every experience is completely different, but every session begins the same way with gentle movement and grounding, because arriving fully is always the first step.
Every new guest receives their own art journal to take home. Bring it back each time you return and watch it grow into something that is entirely and beautifully yours.
Two Ways to Join
Drop In: Single Experience
Open to everyone. No commitment required.
Each month we host one open registration experience built around the monthly theme. You will be guided through somatic grounding or a short yoga flow, intuitive art making using the month's featured medium and reflection prompts to help you connect with what emerged on the page.
First time guests receive their own art journal to take home and bring back each time you return.

The Creative Reset Membership
For the woman ready to make this a monthly practice.
Members receive access to their own dedicated monthly experience and a private session exclusively for Creative Reset members. Same theme as the open session, different medium and a consistent intimate community of women who show up for themselves every month.
Your journal grows with you layer by layer, month by month into a living record of your creative healing journey.

Iām an artist, art teacher, and creative wellness facilitator based in Phoenix, Arizona.
Through Lotus Creative Healing, I create grounded spaces for emotional processing and self-discovery through art journaling, somatic awareness, and intuitive expression.
My workshops offer structure without pressure by blending movement, reflection, and creative exploration into experiences that feel both safe and expansive.
