Welcome to Blooming Minds: Kids Art Journaling Club! By enrolling your child or accessing our website, you agree to these terms provided by Lotus Creative Healing.

1. Program Overview

Blooming Minds: Kids Art Journaling Club is a creative enrichment program for children in grades K–9. It encourages emotional awareness, creative expression, and confidence through mindful art journaling.

This is not a clinical therapy program. It’s designed for educational and wellness purposes only.

2. Payments & Membership

• Enrollment fees must be paid in full at registration.

• Memberships renew monthly.

• No refunds for missed sessions or partial months.

• You may cancel your membership at any time before the next billing cycle.

3. Class Conduct

Children should engage respectfully during live sessions. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the program without a refund.

4. Parental Consent

By enrolling, you confirm you are the legal guardian of the child, and you consent to their participation and use of online tools and platforms.

5. Content Ownership

All content—videos, downloads, and class materials is owned by Lotus Creative Healing and is not to be redistributed, copied, or sold.

6. Community Rules

We maintain a safe, uplifting space for children to share. Any harmful or inappropriate behavior in the private community will result in removal.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lotus Creative Healing is not liable for any outcomes related to participation. All activities are done at the participant’s own discretion.
