1. Program Overview

Lotus Creative Healing offers creative wellness experiences including art journaling lessons, creative practices, workshops, and community spaces for adults and families.

These offerings are designed to support creative expression, self-reflection, and emotional wellness.

Lotus Creative Healing is not a medical, mental health, or clinical therapy service.
Content is provided for educational and personal growth purposes only and is not a substitute for professional mental health care.

2. Memberships, Payments & Billing

  • Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated.

  • You may cancel your membership at any time before the next billing cycle.

  • Payments are non-refundable once processed.

  • No refunds are provided for missed sessions, unused content, or partial months.

  • Pricing, benefits, and offerings may be updated in the future. Active members will be notified of material changes.

3. Live Sessions & Participation

  • Live sessions (such as Coffee Hours, workshops, or live art skills) are optional.

  • Participation is always voluntary.

  • You are responsible for choosing activities that feel safe and appropriate for your physical, emotional, and personal needs.

  • Lotus Creative Healing reserves the right to remove participants from live sessions or community spaces if behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful.

4. Community Guidelines

We aim to maintain a respectful, supportive, and inclusive community.

By participating, you agree to:

  • Engage with kindness and respect

  • Avoid harmful, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior

  • Respect the privacy and experiences of others

Lotus Creative Healing reserves the right to remove any member from the community for violations of these guidelines without refund.

5. Content Ownership & Use

All materials provided through Lotus Creative Healing — including videos, audio, downloads, written content, and lessons — are the intellectual property of Lotus Creative Healing.

Content may not be:

  • shared publicly

  • reproduced

  • resold

  • redistributed without written permission.

Membership access is for personal use only.

6. Assumption of Risk & Personal Responsibility

Participation in creative activities involves personal discretion.

By engaging in any content or session, you acknowledge:

  • You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

  • You will stop any activity that causes discomfort or distress.

  • You participate at your own pace and choice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lotus Creative Healing is not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from participation.

By using our services, you agree to release Lotus Creative Healing from any claims related to your participation, including but not limited to emotional responses, creative outcomes, or personal insights.
