In a world that constantly pushes productivity, speed, and achievement, it’s easy to feel like we’re always falling behind.
So many of us deeply want to slow down, create, reflect, and care for ourselves, yet life pulls us in a hundred different directions. Work, family, responsibilities, emotions, and exhaustion all add up.
This is why I believe creativity is one of the most powerful forms of self-care and emotional wellness.
Not creating for perfection.

And perhaps most importantly, it removes pressure.
There is no right way.
There is no timeline.
There is no “falling behind.”
