FAQ’s
-
ESA programs allow eligible families to use state-approved education funds for qualified educational services, curriculum, and enrichment programs including online programs like Blooming Minds.
-
Depending on your ESA provider, there are usually two ways to pay:
Option 1: Direct Vendor Payment
If Blooming Minds is listed as an approved vendor, simply locate us in your ESA portal and select the correct payment tier (monthly or quarterly).Option 2: Parent-Pay & Reimbursement
Some states require families to pay upfront and submit their invoice for reimbursement. If that’s your case, we’ll send you a detailed invoice immediately after pre-enrollment or payment. -
We offer quarterly payment options for families using ESA funds:
$297 per quarter for each family (equals $99/month)
No contract required, cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
*These quarterly payments align with most ESA billing cycles.
-
Blooming Minds is currently recognized as an ESA-eligible enrichment provider in Arizona.
If you're in a different state, you may still use ESA funds if your state allows reimbursement of out-of-state programs. Reach out if you'd like help requesting vendor approval.
To become an approved Arizona ESA vendor, providers register through the Arizona Department of Education Service Provider Registration, and may be listed in the ClassWallet “Pay Vendor” portal or the ARIZONA Learning ESA Vendor Directory
-
Pre‑enroll your child and choose the ESA quarterly payment option.
You’ll receive a detailed invoice that meets ClassWallet’s requirements (student name, service description, amount, vendor info).
Log into your ClassWallet account (via ADE Connect) and click “Pay Vendor” to upload the invoice, regardless of vendor’s listing status.
ESA payments are approved and processed quarterly (Q1: Jul–Sept, Q2: Oct–Dec, Q3: Jan–Mar, Q4: Apr–Jun).
If Blooming Minds isn’t already in the listing, ClassWallet still allows payment upload by PDF for review, often under reimbursement or direct pay format.

We’ll send an invoice formatted for ClassWallet right after pre-enrollment.
You upload it to “Pay Vendor” in your ClassWallet account.
Once approved, your child is added to their age-group space and parent lounge in Mighty Networks.
